Defining the project scope

Upon the submission of the Request for Quote, Tech Image Solutions assigns a team to gather and analyze the requirements and create vision/scope documents. The team prepares functional specifications, design, detailed plans for sprints/iterations and delivery, as well as cost estimates.


The development process starts off with creating Technical Design Documents (TDD), Project Plans and Test Plans. Tech Image Solutions builds a software prototype to simulate the future application and receive feedback from the customer. When all the features are implemented and integrated according to the requirements, the team performs development testing and comes up with a user guide.


In this stage, the solution undergoes a full cycle of testing with bug fixing to ensure that software is running like clockwork.

    Offshore model

    All project development, starting with envisioning through to the delivery and support stage, is done on Tech Image's premises. Customers are kept fully aware of each project stage; material results are provided to clients regularly on a pre-arranged basis

    Onsite model

    The project is carried out on the customer’s site. With its pool of 300 developers, Tech Image Solutions is able to bring highly qualified staff with strong programming skills to your location. Tech Image Solutions takes into consideration customer’s requirements regarding the personnel and shortlists a few suitable candidates for the interview.

    Combined onsite/offsite model

    The onsite team located at the customer’s premises directly interacts with Tech Image Solutions offshore development team. The onsite team is able to address and attend to critical items and integration issues which need immediate attention, while Tech Image Solutions dedicated offshore team will work on system development.

    This model maximizes utilization of time and resources by providing the customer with 24-hour development time and reducing production costs through the utilization of our own offshore facilities. This model is recommended for middle- sized and large projects which are subject to change and need immediate attention from our team.

    Offshore Development Team

    This model allows the customer to have a virtual extension of their in-house software team. Techimage forms a dedicated team of software specialists which are pre-selected by the customer. The team adopts the customer’s practices and methodologies of software development and project management.

    The project management can be either on the customer’s or Tech Image Solution side. In both cases the Customer has a full control over the software lifecycle.

    Customers' Own Methodologies

    Being a dynamic and flexible company, ScienceSoft is ready to employ the customer’s own working standards and methodologies.


    1. Fixed Price

    Tech Image Solutions provides customers with a Project Quotation that describes the project scope and schedule in detail. The payment schedule for a Fixed Price/Fixed Date agreement depends on project milestones and duration. This model is recommended for middle-size projects, where the scope of the project is defined and timelines are aggressive. This is the most cost-effective outsourcing solution to take advantage of.

    2. Time and Material

    In this case the "full time equivalent" scheme is applied, which means that the customer is charged at a daily rate for each employee dedicated to the customer's project. All invoices for this type of contract are accompanied by project reports. This model is recommended for middle-size and large projects which are dynamic and have fluidity. It provides the customer with maximum control over deliverables and the team which works on the project. For payment, a "full time equivalent" scheme is applied which means that an hourly rate is charged for each employee dedicated to the project. All invoices for this type of contract are accompanied by project reports.


    Piracy is a serious problem in many outsourcing hotspots. The main concern for a company/organization planning to outsource or currently outsourcing is related to security issues (including IP theft and fraud). We at Tech Image Solutions take a proactive approach in preventing IP theft and fraud to protect our customers and their organizations. Your intellectual property will be safe with us!


    Customer Segregation

    We arrange independent information space for each project.

    Anti-Virus Protection

    We employ daily-updated antivirus software on each server and workstation and email antivirus software on email software.

    IP Segregation

    Public IP addresses are only on Internet-enabled server.

    Intruder Protocol

    We use firewalls on internet channels.


    Tech Image Solutions rigorously checks all employees hired. All employees sign NDA and take course on IP rights. We screen all employees for criminal background, civil action, any discrepancy in resume, experience, education, references and interviews.
